Cancellation Policy
Harpal Wellness and all its associated brands, Yogapal and Ptpal are the business companies which this Cancellation Policy applies to. Wherever the Cancellation Policy refers to Harpal Wellness it includes Yogapal and PTpal. At Harpal Wellness, we understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your yoga class or personal training session. However, as we work to provide personalised services to all our clients, we have implemented the following 24-Hour Cancellation Policy to ensure fairness and to respect the time of both clients and instructors / trainers.
Cancellation Notice
• To avoid any charges, cancellations or rescheduling of yoga classes or personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a late cancellation fee.
Late Cancellation Fee
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% charge of the session fee will apply.
• If you fail to show up for a scheduled session without any prior notice (i.e., a no-show), 100% of the session fee will be charged.

Exceptions
We understand that certain emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel due to illness, emergency situations, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a one-time exception at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
Prepaid Packages and Memberships
For clients who have prepaid for a package or membership:
• Late cancellations will result in a deduction of one session from your package.
• No-shows will result in a full session being deducted from your package or membership.
Respecting Our Instructors / Trainers
Our instructors and trainers are dedicated to providing you with high-quality services. Late cancellations or no-shows can disrupt their schedule and affect other clients. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting this policy.
Special Circumstances
If you encounter any extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending a scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to working with you and may offer flexible options in certain cases.
