Our yoga classes are designed for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. Choose from a variety of styles to suit your needs. Here are just a few of the classes we offer;

WHAT IS YOGA?

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A CLASS?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel. If you don’t have a mat, we offer rentals for a small fee.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A YOGA CLASS?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid loose clothing that might get in the way during poses.
DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO START YOGA?
No! Yoga is about improving flexibility, not starting out with it. All levels are welcome, and modifications are available for different abilities.

I'M NEW TO YOGA. WHICH CLASS SHOULD I START WITH?
We recommend starting with a Beginner’s Yoga or Hatha Yoga class. These classes are slower-paced and focus on basic poses and proper alignment.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE YOGA AS A BEGINNER?
Starting with 2-3 times per week is ideal. As you become more comfortable, you can increase the frequency.
WHAT IF I CAN'T DO A POSE?
It’s okay! Yoga is about personal growth. Instructors will offer modifications and alternatives so you can participate at your own level.

DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER FOR A CLASS?
Pre-registration is recommended to secure your spot, but walk-ins are welcome if space permits.
WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?
We offer single-class passes, monthly memberships, and annual memberships. Discounts are available for students, seniors, and military personnel.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A CLASS?
If you’ve pre-registered and can’t make it, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. For memberships, missed classes cannot be rolled over to the next month.
